Mirrors of Above

My love, look up to the sky—
Look at the clouds, o’, how shy
They are; look beyond them
To where the stars are hiding.
The moon is rising, and shining
Its magnificent glow below;
Look, beyond it, lies darkness,
And far beyond, pulses beauty,
Such as I see in your eyes—
Mirrors of above. Look, my love,
For what you see, is what I see
In you.
