Love, Human, Love (Spoken Word): Full Version

Hello,
Speech fails me when it comes to you;
So, I will scribble my heart here
And read it to you, hoping you’ll hear.

How blessed are you,
With the love you give
In galores, to all that come
To you, to all
That get to know you;
How blessed are you,
With a heart that loves,
Even when it should not,
For, o’, beautiful soul,
The world doesn’t care—
The world takes, it gives little;
When it is plenty,
It is mostly pain, mostly hell on earth…
It takes more pieces till there is
Nothing left, nothing more to take.

O’, beautiful soul…

I love how warm within you feel,
When with genuineness, you smile—
O’, how I miss watching you smile;
That smile that stole my heart
And is still doing it!
And still love, plenty of love
From I; see, we are forever…
But o’, how much of we
Do we still need to give?
How much of we
Could we have saved
For times like this?

For, o’, beautiful soul,
The world doesn’t care—
The world takes, it gives little;
When it is plenty,
It is mostly pain, mostly hell in life…
It takes more pieces, till there is
Little of you left, with nothing
Nothing left to give, nothing more
To take… no more, o’, no more…

It is my hope
That you find what is within;
That you realize, you are more
Than the world will ever know,
Even when they do.

So, love, love, love!
Do not tire of it, do not give up on it;
Do not wither yet—love, love, love;
Until you cannot, until there is nothing
Left to give…
Because what you give
Is what you have—
If you have love,
Then you have life…

Love, human, love.
