Short Fiction Weekly Challenge: Dawn To Twilight

Dawn To Twilight Trio Challenge went up this week. The challenge is simple: think of a character and take us through each hour of their day. The first round ends after 12 hours, and the second after 24 hours to complete a cycle.

The formatting features three hours every week, written in three progressive groups of words:

  • 6-50 words (first hour)
  • 100-250 words (second hour)
  • 300-500 words (third hour)

Every week, you will take us through three hours of your character’s day, in the above order and continuing where you left off the previous week.

Get more information (including guidelines) about this challenge here.

I hope the targets are manageable. When you don’t make it for a particular week, you can always make an entry at a later time. Every month’s word count target is 1,600-3,200.

This week’s challenge featured 6 am, 7 am and 8 am.

The coming week will progress to 9 am, 10 am and 11 am.
