Today wasn’t any different from yesterday
The things we would watch, helplessly
More deaths than births, this year
Bodies, dropping by the day
The air reeks with anxieties
And governments, remain the same
Very little will change after this storm
Should we hold on to the hope too
That when it has settled, the dust
We can be better than we were?
